Podría y debería de ser un proyecto factible.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El verdadero problema es los procesos y asunciones que crearon ésta versión para empezar: la continua fascinación de las agencias de gobierno al concepto de que “mientras más grande mejor”, el hábito municipal de planificar  contratando  fuentes externas  que conocen nada de Rincón, la falta de comunicación entre agencias y la actitud de que las opiniones e ideas del público no cuentan después de las elecciones.&lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;De seguro éste es un tema donde nuestra opinión cuenta. Éstas playas pertenecen a la gente de Rincón.
